Job Description:
¦ Be part of the Human Capital team in delivering the Human Capital strategy and the PwC People Experience
¦ Coordinate the implementation of the Learning and Development (L&D) activities for the non-technical business skills for the fi rm
¦ Be part of the of Learning and Development community in the roll-out and monitoring of the Learning Management System
¦ Maintain relationships with the business leaders, staff and external stakeholders and provide support in employment legislation matters, policy issues and learning and development
¦ Preparation and analysis of HR management reports regularly as and when required for the business
¦ Support in actively reviewing the existing policies to comply with the labour legislation and best practice market trends
¦ Maintain relationships with the business unit leaders to provide information, investigate trends, establish L&D demands and gain feedback on non-technical training offerings
¦ Drive the strategy for the non-technical training offering and ensure there is consistency across the firm
¦ Measure and report the effectiveness and value of L&D activity across the fi rm on non-technical training offerings
Requirements

Experience Required: 2 - 3 Years
Competencies / Skills:
¦ A degree in social sciences; Human Resources Management
¦ At least 2 - 3 years HR management experience in a similar role in Human Resources
¦ A postgradute Diploma or the Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
¦ HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience
¦ Experience in delivery of L&E strategy would be essentail.
¦ Successful track record of personal achievement at a HR operational level.
¦ Excellent communication skills with experience of cross-cultural communication.
¦ Ability to achieve results by influence and persuasion.
¦ Display considerable initiative and drive, with the ability to ensure success in defined key areas of responsibility.
¦ Fluency in written and spoken English essential.
