Telecom Implementation & Field Manager Wanted at Nokia Siemens Networks

Job Description

Telecom Implementation & Field Manager manages and coordinates the Telecom Implementation T1 Process according to Nokia Siemens Networks approach and agreed project time schedule.

Responsibilities include managing and maintaining T1 equipment related fields using internal tools, ensuring their correct usage and data content. Tracking all T1-extra work related issues and reporting them to Regional Project Managers, liaising with logistics team and being responsible for overseeing equipment stock and ordering all Tl equipment and site materials in a timely manner.

Additionally, a significant part of the role deals with resource planning to ensure planning reflects demand in terms of needed implementation teams (Installation, commissioning and integration). The Implementation Manager ensures model site documentation and supportive Tl specifications as well as any required support is provided towards the authorities in permitting issues. Direct reporting line within the organization is to Regional Project Manager and clotted Jine to local Project Manager.

Required Skills or Experience

Basic degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge in transmission systems.
Experience with Flexi Hopper, Flexi Metro (SR4), Flexi Hybrid (SRA4 HC) or SRT 1F will be an advantage
Additionally the candidate should also have the following skills:
Cost & Profitability management
Implementation Management experience
Project Management
Subcontractor management
Ability to lead and steer teams
