Ghana Tourist Board Recruits Senior Legal Officer

Job Description

Ensure that adequate preparations are made for Board of Directors meetings and that legal responsibilities and obligations of the Board are efficiently and effectively fulfilled

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft all legal documents for the board
Studies, signs and seats contractual agreements between individuals or group of person and the Board
To represent the Board in court on all matters
To advise Management on all Legal Matters referred to him/her
To issue demand letters to the Board's debtors
To assist with committee work
To prepare writs, appearances etc.
Any other duties that may be assigned him/her.

Required Skills or Experience

The Ideal Candidate must possess LLB degree
Must have enrolled as a Lawyer in Ghana
Must have a minimum of Three (3) years Post Qualification experience in a Legal field
