GRATIS Foundation, an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for appointment

Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

The review and determine the validity, appropriateness, effectiveness and adequacy of the application of internal controls in all aspects of the Foundation's operations

Develop an audit plan to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business systems
Plan and conduct internal audit checks throughout GRATIS network
Carry out operational/value for money audit of key departmental functions
Verify the extent of compliance with the existing policies, procedures and statutory regulations
Evaluate and report on internal systems and practices in line with new business methodology of auditing
Liaise with external auditors and provide assistance in timely completion of external audits and implementation of Management recommendations

Required Skills or Experience

A good first degree preferably in a business related field plus a professional qualification in Accountancy i.e. C.A (Gh), ACCA or CIMA
A minimum of 5 years audit experienced with three (3) years supervisory experience either within a professional accounting firm or reputable organisation
Experience in MS Office and/or ERP Software would be a distinct advantage
