Ghana Rubber Estate Limited is recruiting for Assistant Field Managers

Job Description

These are unit head positions and the successful candidates will be responsible for the management of field Headmen, Overseers and Technical Officers for optimum output in the Company's plantations

REMUNERATION: Attractive


Required Skills or Experience

BSc. Degree in Agriculture or its equivalent from a reputable university
The ideal candidates must have 3-5 years experience in field operations
Knowledge of rubber cultivation and experience in labour management will be an advantage
Candidates must be analytical and be prepared to work in a challenging environment
