Our client, a reputable company in the oil and gas industry, operating in the upstream sector and based in the niger delta region, requires applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

1. Rigging instructors – (ref: rt 0901)
2. Crane operator instructors – (ref: rt 0902)
3. Scaffolding instructors – (ref: rt 0903)
4. Vehicle maintenance supervisors – (ref: rt 0904)

the right candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing on the job and classroom based training of nigerian employees in each specific trade up to the job competency required by client

Job Qualifications and Experience.
1. Rigging instructors
qualifications (minimum)
ond in engineering, together with nvq, citb or similar assessors certificate

experience
minimum of 10 years experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role
must be computer literate


2. Crane instructors
qualifications (minimum)
ond in engineering, together with nvq, citb or similar
assessors certificate

experience
minimum of 10 years experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role
must e computer literate and possess recognizable crane driver’s license


3. Scaffolding instructors
qualifications (minimum)
ond in engineering with advantage scaffolder certificate
nvq, citb or similar assessors certificate is mandatory

experience
minimum of 10 years, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role
must be computer literate


4. Vehicle maintenance supervisor
qualifications.
Ond / hnd / bsc in mechanical engineering

experience.
10 years experience for ond holders and 5 years experience for hnd/bsc holders as diesel engine mechanic. Must also be familiar with the maintenance of japanese vehicles. Result and mercedes trucks and caterpillar engines. Computer literacy and good numerical skills are added advantages
