Job Title: Medical Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Working under the supervision on the Manager, Pharmaceutical Research and Development, the successful candidate will assist in scientific research from pre-formulation through process development and technology transfer to manufacturing, leading to commercial oral and topical formulations. Must ensure strict adherence and the laboratory .and production areas to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), approved process steps, SOPs, quality procedures, validation, safety, and environmental standards while operating within the profit plan

Required Skills or Experience

Must be a registered pharmacist with at least three years experience as a medical representative.
A working knowledge of French is a plus.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutics with at least two years in formulation process development in a cGMP environment.
He/She should be able to function independently and interact on multifunctional teams to resolve a wide range of formulation manufacturing issues.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

This position, under the general direction of the Manage, quality Assurance will provide quality engineering support toward the design, development, installation, start-up, validation and maintenance of products, processes, equipment, and facilities. The successful candidate supports the performance of qualification and validation studies and ensures adherence to cGMP

Required Skills or Experience

The position requires well developed, engineering and/or technical skills and knowledge, which are normally attained with a degree in engineering, chemistry or related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required either in the pharmaceutical or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry.
Clean Room and cGMP training will be required and provided
Candidates for Lagray must have demonstrated ability to comfortably and effectively lead/work in a team environment, be adaptable to change, manage, multiple priorities, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and proficiency with computers and related software.
Excellent oral and writing communication skills, good inter-personal skills and a "Can Do" attitude are imperative.
A high degree of motivation and initiative is an expectation. Residency in and around Nsawam is an advantage for the position.
