HR & Allied Services is recruiting for her client, an indigenous Construction Company and a major player in construction industry with Head Office in Lagos and branches in four locations in the country.In its bid to expand its operations, the company requires competent and dynamic dynamic individual for the position of: Acting General Manager, Projects (Expatriate/Nigerian)
POSITION: Acting General Manager, Projects (Expatriate/Nigerian)
JOB DESCRIPTION: The key responsibility of the position is to ensure effective functioning of the company’s operations, ensuring increase in number of clients, for increased business growth and profitability.
PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
* The ideal candidate must possess good degree/HND in Engineering/Architecture. M.Sc/ MBA are added advantages.
* Must have at least 15 continuous years of work experience, 5 of which must be in similar or related job roles.
* Advanced IT skills and proficiency in the use of relevant Engineering software.
* Good marketing skills, mobility and ability to secure new contracts or translate leads to win.
* Sound technical knowledge, good interpersonal and management skills are essential.
* Membership of the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria, COREN or Nigerian Institute of Building Engineers or Institute of Architects are important requirements for the advertised position.
