Zain Tanzania is recruiting for Tax Team Leader

ZAIN1267 - Tax Team leader
Business Unit: Zain Tanzania
Division: Finance
Location: Tanzania - Dar Es Salaam

Duties and responsibilities:
To support the local finance team with all tax related issues
Prepare and file all required tax returns on time
Follow up on tax compliance with authorities
Identify potential tax risks and advise management on their mitigation
Implement Zain Group tax policies locally
Coordinate and manage relations with tax authorities and bodies
Provide the Group Tax Director with regular status reports on tax compliance and any other tax related issues
Establish and maintain regular contacts with TRA

Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of English and Swahili

Experience:
At least 2 years experience in Finance with specific regard to a Tax Position


Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, BCOM or related field
Qualified Accountant
