Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Maximisation and Cost Control Customer Support and Field Operations Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Marketing, Technology and Sales Personnel Management Equipment Management


Other requirements:
Carefully prepares and provides, in a timely manner, the routine monthly reports and other extraordinary ones requested by the Area Directors and Area Operations Manager. Develops strong cooperation and good communication with managers from other projects and departments within AI. Manages his/her operations and personnel/customer relations under a strict code of professional behaviour and business ethics. Approves all purchase requisitions and local purchases for materials and supplies for the project that fall within his/her stipulated financial limits. Approves vacations and training related personnel expense reports within his/her authority limits. Participates in the local staff selection process. Recommends the removal of employees where there has been persistent poor performance, misconduct or unethical behaviour. Recommends promotions where merited. Stops, in an emergency, any job on location that in his/her opinion is dangerous or in breach of our Best Operating Practices. Is pro-active in submitting contractual data including salient dates A

Must: 
Portuguese and English Language speaker
