Reporting to the Assistant Manager in charge of Help Desk, the position holder would be responsible for all help desk issues.
The position holder would receive IT support request from end-users and system administrators of RCBs, log the request, and liaise with Technical support team to resolve issues
Generate regular reports on all outstanding issues that need to be resolved.
Ensure end-users receive excellent IT customer service
Provide feedback to users on issues logged with the help desk
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management/Secretarial
At least 1 year post qualification experience in Help Desk duties preferably in a banking environment.
Familiarity with Temenos T24 Banking Software application is desirable
