Currently the Bank is seeking additional talent to serve its customers in the roles outlined below:-

Electronic Commerce Officer

The job holder will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Electronic, Mobile and Agency channels

Candidate’s Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
A business related degree preferably in IT, Banking or Finance from a recognized University
Professional qualifications in IT will be an added advantage
Thorough knowledge of electronic and mobile banking
Over 2 years working experience in electronic and mobile banking

Key Responsibilities
Support the growth of Electronic, Mobile and Agency channels
Ecommerce solution implementation
Product design and enhancement
Champion customer service
Assist customers log on to the eBanking platform, change password and transact on the channel
Ensure all customers are set up on the eBanking platform, passwords and tokes are dispatched and any issues arising are resolved as stipulated in the policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Ability
Strong IT skills
Meticulous and keen on detail
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Excellent organization & planning skills
