A leading Commercial Bank with a strong Branch Network in the Coast Region wishes to recruit 3 Relationship Executives to join its Relationship Management Team in Mombasa

These are challenging career positions within the Bank's Business growth strategy and the selected persons will be responsible for growing the Bank's Business under the guidance of the Relationship Manager.

The Key Performance Areas will include:
Grow quality Loan Book.
Grow the Client Base.
Grow quality Deposits.
Ensure quality Customer Service.
Grow the Banks non-funded income.
We are looking for career Bankers with proven track record.

They must be:
Self driven persons able to achieve set performance targets
Must have strong Negotiation Skills.
Must have served as Credit Officers, Personal Bankers, Business Development Officers or a related field for a minimum of 2 years
Must have a sound working knowledge of Banking and Banking products
Must be in possession of a Degree from a reputable University.
Must be ready to work in Mombasa.
