Job Description:
• Managing Key SW Global Customer Accounts while ensuring all customer relations are commercially viable; Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances
- The SWG Customer Account Manager will lead the team responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved at deployment of an SWG solution and maintained throughout the life of the system within the customer organisation. This will include making sure that SWG implementation and support processes are not intrusive to the customer’s normal business activities. S/he will be responsible for managing all contact between SWG and the customer, capturing, analyzing and identifying economic impact and ensuring that issues are resolved effectively and are visible to appropriate members of both organisations. In particular, the SWG CAM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for SWG solutions within the existing customer base and ensuring such opportunities are taken up by the appropriate Sales team.
Life-cycle management of customer relationships
Monitoring and management of all SWG customer interactions
Identifying up-selling and new SWG opportunities
Customer Expectation Management
Contract implementation and value realization
Customer Information Management
Customer Support Services Management
SLA/OLA Monitoring and Evaluation
Operational Issues/ Problem Tracking, Resolution & Reporting
Customer Account Services Delivery Trend Analysis
Contract termination activities management
Job Qualifications:
At least three years experience as a Customer Services or Customer Accounts Manager in the information technology services or related industry
3 to 8-years experience participating in the delivery of IT based solutions with some in lead roles requiring business and/or systems analysis, design and development skills.
Possess a solid understanding of the business value chain, software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, deployment management and customer support.
3 to 5-years experience participating in e-business and/or e-government initiatives.
University Degree in information technologies, marketing, business, economics, or social sciences
MBA or graduate degree desired
